2. The service
Murang’a Connect is a directory for local businesses, services and properties. We provide a place to discover and share listings, not the underlying goods, services or accommodation.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate registration information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Listing submissions
Only post listings you are authorised to share. Describe them accurately, use images you have permission to publish and keep prices and contact details current.
5. Review and removal
Listings are reviewed before publication. We may reject, remove or deactivate material that is misleading, unlawful, inappropriate or inconsistent with these terms. Approval is not an endorsement or guarantee.
6. Visitor enquiries
Visitors contact listing owners directly. Verify details independently before visiting, paying or entering into any agreement. We are not a party to arrangements made between visitors and owners.
7. Fees
Listing submissions are currently free. Any future paid services would be presented separately before a charge applies.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your submitted content and grant us permission to display it as part of the directory. Do not copy site content without permission.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate but cannot guarantee continuous availability or the accuracy of user-submitted information. To the extent permitted by law, use is at your own risk.
10. Changes and contact
